Ahavah with Roses Unveiled Min.
1. Description of Ministry: The Participant desires to receive spiritual evaluation, inner healing, and/or deliverance (the "Ministry Session"). The Participant understands that the Ministers make no guarantees regarding specific results.
2. Assumption of Risk & Physical Restraint: The Participant acknowledges that this ministry may involve mental, emotional, and spiritual challenges. The Participant understands and agrees that the Ministers may use reasonable physical restraint if it becomes necessary to protect the Participant or the Ministers from physical harm during the session.
3. Waiver of Liability: The Participant, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, hereby irrevocably releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless Ahavah with Roses Unveiled, its ministers, officers, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities (including personal injury or property damage) arising from the Ministry Session. This includes a waiver of any legal action and responsibility for any attorney fees incurred by the Ministry in its defense.
4. Media & Recordings: The Participant consents to being recorded via audio or video during the session. These recordings are for ministry purposes. Any donations provided are used at the Ministry's discretion.
5. Voluntary Agreement: By signing below, the Participant confirms they are at least 18 years of age and are doing so voluntarily.
